Description

This Taco Skillet is a quick and easy meal that brings all the flavors of your favorite tacos into one delicious dish.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
  • 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain fat.
  2. Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic; sauté until vegetables are tender.
  3. Stir in kidney beans, corn, diced tomatoes, and taco seasoning. Simmer for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle cheese on top and cover until melted.
  5. Garnish with avocado and cilantro before serving.
