- 9 sheets lasagna noodles
- 1 pound ground pork
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup scallions, chopped
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 cups broth for soup
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground pork with ginger and garlic until browned.
- Add scallions, soy sauce, and chicken broth to the pork mixture.
- In a baking dish, layer the lasagna noodles, pork mixture, and cheese.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with cheese.
- Pour broth over the top and cover with foil.
- Bake for 40 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
- Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a vegetarian version, substitute ground pork with mushrooms.
- Serve with extra soy sauce for dipping.
