Description

A delicious fusion of traditional soup dumplings and classic lasagna, packed with flavor and comfort.


Ingredients

  • 9 sheets lasagna noodles
  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup scallions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cups broth for soup

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground pork with ginger and garlic until browned.
  3. Add scallions, soy sauce, and chicken broth to the pork mixture.
  4. In a baking dish, layer the lasagna noodles, pork mixture, and cheese.
  5. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with cheese.
  6. Pour broth over the top and cover with foil.
  7. Bake for 40 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  8. Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For a vegetarian version, substitute ground pork with mushrooms.
  • Serve with extra soy sauce for dipping.
