Description

A delicious twist on traditional lasagna, combining the flavors of soup dumplings into a cheesy, savory casserole.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cups wonton wrappers
  • 1 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground pork and beef over medium heat until browned.
  3. Add the garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper; stir until well combined.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth and let simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. In a baking dish, layer the wonton wrappers, meat mixture, and shredded mozzarella cheese.
  6. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, ending with cheese on top.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for another 15 minutes until golden.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped green onions.
