Description

A delicious and easy slow cooker recipe for balsamic chicken thighs, perfect for a weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix balsamic vinegar, honey, garlic, soy sauce, basil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place chicken thighs in the slow cooker.
  3. Pour the balsamic mixture over the chicken.
  4. Cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours until chicken is cooked through.
