- 4 chicken thighs
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix balsamic vinegar, honey, garlic, soy sauce, basil, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken thighs in the slow cooker.
- Pour the balsamic mixture over the chicken.
- Cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours until chicken is cooked through.
- Serve and enjoy!
