- 1 pound sausage links
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Cut the sausage into bite-sized pieces and place them in a bowl.
- Add the broccoli, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to combine.
- Lay out large pieces of aluminum foil and divide the sausage mixture evenly among the pieces.
- Top each portion with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Fold the foil to create packets, sealing them tightly.
- Place the packets on the grill and cook for about 20-25 minutes, until the sausage is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
- Carefully open the packets and serve warm.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, use spicy sausage.
- Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or carrots.
- This recipe can also be made in the oven at 400°F for about 25-30 minutes.
