Ingredients

- 1 cup red lentils
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon yeast
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 cup warm water
Instructions
- Rinse lentils and cook in water until soft.
- Blend cooked lentils with 1 cup of warm water.
- In a bowl, mix flour, salt, and yeast.
- Add lentil mixture and olive oil to the dry ingredients.
- Knead the dough until smooth and elastic.
- Let the dough rise for 1 hour.
- Form into rolls and let rise again for 30 minutes.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes.

- These rolls can be frozen after baking.
