Description

This quick and easy keto guacamole is perfect for a healthy snack or topping.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 small jalapeño, deseeded and minced (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cut the avocados in half and remove the pits.
  2. Scoop the flesh into a bowl.
  3. Add lime juice, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, and jalapeño if using.
  4. Mash the avocados with a fork until desired consistency.
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
  6. Serve immediately.

  • For extra creaminess, add a tablespoon of sour cream.
