Delicious and easy to make No Bake Keto Chocolate Mint Bars that satisfy your sweet cravings without the carbs.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup powdered erythritol
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (sugar-free)
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut (unsweetened)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, and powdered erythritol.
  2. Add melted coconut oil and peppermint extract to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  3. Press the mixture into a lined baking dish and spread evenly.
  4. Melt dark chocolate chips and drizzle over the top.
  5. Sprinkle shredded coconut over the chocolate layer.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until set.
