- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup powdered erythritol
- 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (sugar-free)
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut (unsweetened)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, and powdered erythritol.
- Add melted coconut oil and peppermint extract to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Press the mixture into a lined baking dish and spread evenly.
- Melt dark chocolate chips and drizzle over the top.
- Sprinkle shredded coconut over the chocolate layer.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until set.
- Cut into bars and serve.
