This Mini Keto Low Carb Shepherd’s Pie is a delicious and healthy twist on the classic dish, perfect for anyone following a ketogenic or low-carb diet.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup cauliflower, mashed
  • 1 cup onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup carrots, diced
  • 1 cup peas
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté the onions and garlic until translucent.
  3. Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in the carrots, peas, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, and rosemary; mix well.
  5. Transfer the meat mixture to a baking dish and spread the mashed cauliflower on top.
  6. Sprinkle cheese over the cauliflower layer.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
