- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup cauliflower, mashed
- 1 cup onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup carrots, diced
- 1 cup peas
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté the onions and garlic until translucent.
- Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in the carrots, peas, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, and rosemary; mix well.
- Transfer the meat mixture to a baking dish and spread the mashed cauliflower on top.
- Sprinkle cheese over the cauliflower layer.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
