- 1 ripe avocado
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 small red onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
- 12 mini phyllo cups
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mash the avocado and mix in lime juice and salt.
- Fold in bacon, red onion, and cilantro.
- Fill each phyllo cup with the guacamole mixture.
- Serve immediately.
