- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 12 mini bell peppers
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add taco seasoning and water; simmer for 5 minutes.
- Cut mini bell peppers in half lengthwise and remove seeds.
- Place pepper halves on a baking sheet.
- Fill each pepper with seasoned beef and top with cheese.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly.
- Top with lettuce, tomatoes, and sour cream before serving.
