Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, grilled and sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1 cup bell peppers, diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup olives, pitted and sliced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Grill the chicken breast until fully cooked, then slice.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell peppers, red onion, and olives.
  3. Add the sliced chicken on top of the vegetables.
