This Low Carb Keto Chocolate Chip Mug Cake is a quick and easy dessert that’s perfect for satisfying a sweet tooth without the carbs.


Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons erythritol (or sweetener of choice)
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon sugar-free chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a microwave-safe mug, mix together the almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, and baking powder.
  2. Add in the egg, melted butter, and almond milk. Stir until thoroughly combined.
