Description

This delicious low carb cream cheese peanut butter fudge is a perfect keto-friendly treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup powdered erythritol
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add the peanut butter and mix until well combined.
  3. Stir in the powdered erythritol and vanilla extract.
  4. If using, add cocoa powder and mix until incorporated.
