- 1 cup natural peanut butter
- 1/2 cup powdered erythritol
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the peanut butter and mix until well combined.
- Stir in the powdered erythritol and vanilla extract.
- If using, add cocoa powder and mix until incorporated.
- Spread the mixture into a greased 8×8 inch pan.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.
- Cut into squares and serve.
