Description

A delicious low-carb dessert that combines the flavors of cherry and cheesecake in a convenient cup.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered erythritol
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup fresh cherries, pitted and halved
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and powdered erythritol, mixing until smooth.
  2. Add the vanilla extract and heavy cream, then continue to mix until fluffy.
  3. In another bowl, mix the cherries with lemon juice and salt.
  4. Layer the cheesecake mixture and cherry mixture in serving cups.
  5. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
