Description

This Loaded Cauliflower is a delicious, low-carb alternative to loaded baked potatoes, featuring creamy cheese, crispy bacon, and green onions.


Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the cauliflower into florets and steam until tender.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, mash the steamed cauliflower.
  4. Add sour cream, cheddar cheese, bacon, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
