- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Add onions and garlic, sauté until translucent.
- Stir in beef broth, tomatoes, zucchini, green beans, cauliflower, and seasoning.
