Description

Ingredients

  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 pound Italian sausage, sliced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and garlic, cooking until softened.
  3. Add Italian sausage and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in chicken broth and diced tomatoes; bring to a boil.
  5. Add spinach and Italian seasoning; simmer for 5 minutes.
