Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic, cooking until softened.
- Add Italian sausage and cook until browned.
- Stir in chicken broth and diced tomatoes; bring to a boil.
- Add spinach and Italian seasoning; simmer for 5 minutes.
