Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, coconut flour, salt, garlic powder, and cumin.
- Add shredded mozzarella cheese, egg, and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.
- Roll out the dough between two sheets of parchment paper.
- Cut into triangles and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
