A delicious Keto-friendly dessert that offers the classic flavors of tiramisu without the carbs.
Ingredients

- 1 cup heavy cream
- 8 ounces mascarpone cheese
- 1/2 cup erythritol or preferred keto sweetener
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup brewed espresso, cooled
- 1/4 cup coffee liqueur (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder for dusting
- 20 ladyfingers (keto version or almond flour-based)
Instructions
- In a bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- In another bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, erythritol, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until well combined.
- In a shallow dish, mix brewed espresso and coffee liqueur.
- Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the espresso mixture and layer them in a serving dish.
- Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
- Add another layer of dipped ladyfingers, followed by the remaining mascarpone mixture.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, dust with cocoa powder.
Notes
- Make sure the espresso is completely cooled before dipping the ladyfingers.
- For a stronger coffee flavor, use more espresso or coffee liqueur.
