- 12 large mushrooms
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
- In a bowl, combine cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
- Stuff the mushroom caps with the cheese mixture.
- Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- For added flavor, try adding cooked bacon bits to the stuffing.
- These can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving.
