Description

Delicious and easy Keto stuffed mushrooms filled with cream cheese, herbs, and spices, perfect for a low-carb appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 12 large mushrooms
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
  3. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
  4. Stuff the mushroom caps with the cheese mixture.
  5. Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Serve warm.

  • For added flavor, try adding cooked bacon bits to the stuffing.
