Description

Enjoy these delicious keto-friendly stuffed cabbage rolls filled with seasoned meat and vegetables.


Ingredients

  • 1 head cabbage
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup riced cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups tomato sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Carefully remove cabbage leaves and blanch in boiling water until softened.
  3. In a bowl, mix the ground beef, riced cauliflower, cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Place a portion of the meat mixture on each cabbage leaf and roll tightly.
  5. Place the rolls in a baking dish and cover with tomato sauce.
  6. Bake for 30-40 minutes, until the meat is cooked through.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add Italian herbs to the meat mixture.
