- 1 head cabbage
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup riced cauliflower
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups tomato sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Carefully remove cabbage leaves and blanch in boiling water until softened.
- In a bowl, mix the ground beef, riced cauliflower, cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place a portion of the meat mixture on each cabbage leaf and roll tightly.
- Place the rolls in a baking dish and cover with tomato sauce.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes, until the meat is cooked through.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add Italian herbs to the meat mixture.
- Can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator.
