Description

Delicious keto-friendly donuts made with almond flour and fresh strawberries, perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth without the carbs!


Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup erythritol
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh strawberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix the almond flour, erythritol, coconut flour, and baking powder.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, almond milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients, then fold in the chopped strawberries.
  5. Pour the batter into the donut pan, filling each cavity about 2/3 full.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Allow to cool before removing from the pan.
  8. Serve and enjoy your keto strawberry donuts!
