- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup erythritol
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh strawberries
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
- In a bowl, mix the almond flour, erythritol, coconut flour, and baking powder.
- In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, almond milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients, then fold in the chopped strawberries.
- Pour the batter into the donut pan, filling each cavity about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before removing from the pan.
