- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, spinach, artichokes, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and top with the spinach-artichoke mixture.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.

- This dish can be served with a side salad for a complete meal.
