Description

Delicious and hearty keto sausage burgers served in a creamy keto gravy.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground sausage
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together ground sausage, almond flour, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into patties.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Cook the patties until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side.
  4. Remove patties from skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add beef broth, heavy cream, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir to combine and cook for a few minutes until slightly thickened.
  6. Add the sausage patties back into the skillet, coating them in the gravy.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!
