Delicious and hearty keto sausage burgers served in a creamy keto gravy.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground sausage
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together ground sausage, almond flour, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Form the mixture into patties.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Cook the patties until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side.
- Remove patties from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add beef broth, heavy cream, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir to combine and cook for a few minutes until slightly thickened.
- Add the sausage patties back into the skillet, coating them in the gravy.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
- This dish can be served with steamed vegetables for a complete meal.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
