- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon heavy cream
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, almond flour, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Shape the beef mixture into patties.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Cook the patties until browned on both sides and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- Add sliced mushrooms to the skillet and cook until softened.
- Pour in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, stirring to combine.
- Bring to a simmer and then whisk in heavy cream to create the gravy.
- Add the cooked patties back to the skillet and coat with gravy. Cook for a few more minutes until heated through.
- Serve warm.

- Serve with cauliflower mash or steamed vegetables for a complete meal.
