This Keto Salisbury Steak with Mushroom Gravy is a delicious low-carb alternative to the classic comfort food, perfect for dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon heavy cream

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, almond flour, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Shape the beef mixture into patties.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Cook the patties until browned on both sides and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  4. Add sliced mushrooms to the skillet and cook until softened.
  5. Pour in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, stirring to combine.
  6. Bring to a simmer and then whisk in heavy cream to create the gravy.
  7. Add the cooked patties back to the skillet and coat with gravy. Cook for a few more minutes until heated through.
  8. Serve warm.
