A delicious low-carb pizza casserole that’s perfect for keto dieters. This casserole is packed with flavor and easy to make!


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 pound Italian sausage
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup pepperoni slices
  • 2 cups marinara sauce (low-carb)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef and Italian sausage over medium heat until fully cooked.
  3. Drain excess fat and mix in the marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  4. In a greased casserole dish, layer half of the meat mixture, half of the mozzarella cheese, and half of the pepperoni slices.
  5. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

  • For a spicier kick, add crushed red pepper flakes.
