This Keto Perfect Roast Chicken is juicy, flavorful, and perfect for your low-carb meals.


Ingredients

  • 1 whole chicken
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 lemon, quartered
  • 4 sprigs fresh rosemary

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Pat the chicken dry with paper towels and place it in a roasting pan.
  3. Rub the olive oil all over the chicken and season generously with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, and paprika.
  4. Stuff the cavity of the chicken with the lemon quarters and fresh rosemary.
  5. Roast the chicken in the preheated oven for about 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Let the chicken rest for 10-15 minutes before carving.
