- 1 pound fresh broccoli florets
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the broccoli florets with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Spread the broccoli on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast for 15-20 minutes until the edges are crispy.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden.
- Serve warm.
