- 4 pork chops
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Pat the pork chops dry and season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and sear the pork chops for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer the pork chops to a baking sheet and add the broccoli florets around them.
- Drizzle the broccoli with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
