Description

These Keto Mini Quiches are a low-carb, delicious option for breakfast or brunch!


Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1 cup diced vegetables (spinach, bell peppers, onions)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Stir in the shredded cheese and vegetables until evenly combined.
  4. Grease a muffin tin and pour the mixture evenly into each muffin cup.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the quiches are set and lightly golden.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before removing from the muffin tin and serving.
