- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1 cup diced vegetables (spinach, bell peppers, onions)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Stir in the shredded cheese and vegetables until evenly combined.
- Grease a muffin tin and pour the mixture evenly into each muffin cup.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the quiches are set and lightly golden.
- Allow to cool slightly before removing from the muffin tin and serving.
