Description

This Keto Low Carb Cloud Bread Loaf is a light and fluffy alternative to traditional bread, perfect for low-carb diets.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 large eggs
  • 3 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Separate the egg whites and yolks into separate bowls.
  3. In the bowl with egg whites, add the cream of tartar and beat until stiff peaks form.
  4. In the yolk bowl, mix in the cream cheese, salt, and optional seasonings until smooth.
  5. Gently fold the egg whites into the yolk mixture until combined.
  6. Spread the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet in a loaf shape.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Let cool before slicing and serving.
