- 3 ounces cream cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Separate the egg whites and yolks into separate bowls.
- In the bowl with egg whites, add the cream of tartar and beat until stiff peaks form.
- In the yolk bowl, mix in the cream cheese, salt, and optional seasonings until smooth.
- Gently fold the egg whites into the yolk mixture until combined.
- Spread the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet in a loaf shape.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool before slicing and serving.
