Description

This Keto Lasagna Delight is a delicious low-carb alternative to traditional lasagna, loaded with flavors and easy to make.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 2 cups marinara sauce (sugar-free)
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add ground beef. Cook until browned.
  3. Add marinara sauce and Italian seasoning, stir well, and simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, egg, and spinach.
  5. In a baking dish, spread a layer of meat sauce, followed by a layer of the ricotta mixture, and then a layer of mozzarella cheese. Repeat the layers, finishing with mozzarella on top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
