- 2 large onions, thinly sliced

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated

- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the onions and garlic, sautéing until softened.
- Add the beef broth, water, soy sauce, ginger, and black pepper. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and let simmer for about 20 minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
