- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup cauliflower florets
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain the excess fat.
- Add the onion and cook until softened.
- Stir in the cauliflower and cook for a few minutes.
- In a bowl, combine heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Mix the meat mixture with the cream mixture and half of the cheese.
- Transfer to a baking dish and top with the remaining cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes.
- This dish can be prepared ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
