Description

A delicious Keto Ground Beef Casserole that’s hearty, easy to make, and perfect for meal prep!


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup cauliflower florets
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain the excess fat.
  3. Add the onion and cook until softened.
  4. Stir in the cauliflower and cook for a few minutes.
  5. In a bowl, combine heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  6. Mix the meat mixture with the cream mixture and half of the cheese.
  7. Transfer to a baking dish and top with the remaining cheese.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes.
