Ingredients

- 2 cups mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts, pecans)
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/4 cup sugar-free sweetener (erythritol or stevia)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
- In a large bowl, combine nuts, coconut flakes, and chia seeds.
- In another bowl, mix melted coconut oil, sweetener, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.
- Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown.
- Let cool completely before breaking into clusters and storing in an airtight container.
