Description

These Keto Garlic Knots are a delicious, low-carb alternative to traditional bread knots, perfect for any meal or snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 2 tablespoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt.
  3. Add eggs, mozzarella cheese, and parmesan cheese to the dry ingredients and mix well.
  4. Form the dough into small knots and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
