- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 2 tablespoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt.
- Add eggs, mozzarella cheese, and parmesan cheese to the dry ingredients and mix well.
- Form the dough into small knots and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
