Description

A low-carb, gluten-free bread option made with flaxseed.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup psyllium husk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 5 large eggs
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine ground flaxseed, almond flour, psyllium husk, salt, and baking powder.
  3. Add eggs and water, mixing well until a dough forms.
  4. Transfer the dough into a greased baking pan.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the bread is firm and golden.
