A low-carb alternative to traditional bread that is easy to make and perfect for sandwiches or as a side.
Ingredients

- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups almond flour
- 2 tablespoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine mozzarella and cream cheese. Microwave for 1 minute, stir, then return to microwave for an additional 30 seconds until melted.
- In a separate bowl, whisk eggs. Add melted cheese mixture, almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Mix until a dough forms.
- Transfer dough to a lined baking dish and shape into a loaf.
- Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool before slicing.
Notes
- Store leftover bread in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
- This bread can be toasted for added crunch.
- Can be used for low-carb sandwiches or eaten as is.
