Description

A low-carb alternative to traditional bread that is easy to make and perfect for sandwiches or as a side.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine mozzarella and cream cheese. Microwave for 1 minute, stir, then return to microwave for an additional 30 seconds until melted.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk eggs. Add melted cheese mixture, almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Mix until a dough forms.
  4. Transfer dough to a lined baking dish and shape into a loaf.
  5. Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Allow to cool before slicing.

Notes

  • Store leftover bread in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
  • This bread can be toasted for added crunch.
