- 2 cups zucchini noodles
- 1 pound chicken breast, sliced
- 1/2 cup pesto sauce
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add chicken slices, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown.
- Stir in pesto sauce and heavy cream, allowing to simmer.
- Add zucchini noodles and cook for 2-3 minutes until tender.
- Serve topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
Notes
- Make sure not to overcook the zucchini noodles to keep them firm.
