Ingredients

  • 1 cup diced mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups vegetable or chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions
