- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 low-carb tortillas
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, ranch dressing, cheddar cheese, bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Spoon the chicken mixture onto the center of each low-carb tortilla.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling and roll it up to form a pocket.
- Place the hot pockets seam-side down on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
