Delicious and fluffy rolls with a sweet Hawaiian twist, perfect for a keto diet.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/4 cup erythritol
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together cottage cheese, almond flour, erythritol, salt, and baking powder.
  3. Add eggs, coconut flakes, vanilla extract, and melted butter. Stir until combined.
  4. Shape the dough into rolls and place them on a baking sheet.
