Description

This Keto Cottage Cheese Bread made with almond flour is low in carbs and perfect for those following a keto diet.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups almond flour
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients until well combined.
  3. Grease a loaf pan and pour the batter into it.
  4. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  5. Let it cool before slicing.
