- 10 mini hot dogs

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add shredded cheese, buttermilk, and egg; stir until combined.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Dip each mini hot dog in the batter and carefully place in the hot oil.
- Fry until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove and drain on paper towels before serving.
