- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup powdered erythritol
- 1/4 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together peanut butter, coconut flour, and powdered erythritol until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small bite-sized balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Melt the sugar-free chocolate chips along with cocoa powder and dip each ball into the chocolate mixture.
- Return the coated balls to the baking sheet and allow to cool until the chocolate hardens.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
