Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup powdered erythritol
  • 1/4 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together peanut butter, coconut flour, and powdered erythritol until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into small bite-sized balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. Melt the sugar-free chocolate chips along with cocoa powder and dip each ball into the chocolate mixture.
