Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix almond flour and cocoa powder.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth, then add erythritol and mix.
- Add eggs, instant coffee, and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Fold in heavy cream gently.
- Pour the batter into a prepared springform pan.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until set.
- Cool and chill before serving.
Notes
- For a stronger coffee flavor, increase the amount of instant coffee.
- Serve with a dollop of whipped cream.
