These Keto Cinnamon Rolls are a delightful low-carb treat perfect for breakfast or dessert.

- 2 cups almond flour
- 2 tablespoons coconut flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 1/4 cup sugar substitute
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon
- 1/4 cup cream cheese (for frosting)
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream (for frosting)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, melted coconut oil, and sugar substitute.
- Combine the dry and wet ingredients until a dough forms.
- Roll out the dough and sprinkle with cinnamon and some sugar substitute.
- Roll into a log and slice into rolls.
- Place rolls in a greased pan and bake for 25 minutes.
- While baking, mix cream cheese and heavy cream to make frosting.
- Once cooled, frost the rolls and enjoy!
Notes
- These rolls are best enjoyed fresh.
- Can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- For extra sweetness, add more sugar substitute to the frosting.
