Description

These Keto Cinnamon Rolls are a delightful low-carb treat perfect for breakfast or dessert.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons coconut flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup sugar substitute
  • 2 tablespoons cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese (for frosting)
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream (for frosting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, melted coconut oil, and sugar substitute.
  4. Combine the dry and wet ingredients until a dough forms.
  5. Roll out the dough and sprinkle with cinnamon and some sugar substitute.
  6. Roll into a log and slice into rolls.
  7. Place rolls in a greased pan and bake for 25 minutes.
  8. While baking, mix cream cheese and heavy cream to make frosting.
  9. Once cooled, frost the rolls and enjoy!

  • These rolls are best enjoyed fresh.
  • Can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
  • For extra sweetness, add more sugar substitute to the frosting.
