- 1/4 cup powdered erythritol
- 1 tablespoon heavy cream
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, salt, and erythritol.
- Add eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Mix until a dough forms.
- Roll out dough on parchment paper into a rectangle.
- Sprinkle cinnamon and additional erythritol over the dough.
- Roll the dough tightly and slice into rolls.
- Place rolls on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- For frosting, mix cream cheese, powdered erythritol, and heavy cream until smooth.
- Spread frosting over warm rolls and serve.
