Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup erythritol
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered erythritol
  • 1 tablespoon heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, salt, and erythritol.
  3. Add eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Mix until a dough forms.
  4. Roll out dough on parchment paper into a rectangle.
